Memo Regarding Spot Relief or Variance from Height Limits
Ernie B. McNeely, Borough Manager did some research surrounding the feasibility to set a new much lower height limit and when a desirable project materializes to either grant it a variance or rezone the parcel to create a new height limit to allow that individual project to proceed. This issue is very relevant in determining the maximum height being set while not preventing desirable projects from being able to proceed.

Historic Preservation Report to WC Boro Council
Jane E. Dorchester, Architectural Historian, has prepared this report to document the history of historic preservation in and the revitalization of the Borough of West Chester, Pennsylvania. It was presented to Boro Council in September 2006. The paper was written in her capacity as an Architectural Historian and concerned citizen only; and in the fact that things continue to change, the author welcomes comments and corrections.
